Bremen Jazzahead is the most important international jazz trade show, including its integrated showcase festival. For the past eight years, the trade fair has been steadily growing.
The showcase festival features top-class jazz from Germany, Europe and beyond and has established itself as one of the most important international networking spaces for jazz musicians.

In addition to the trade events, Bremen Jazzahead features a broad range of musical and cultural events that are organized in cooperation with numerous arts & culture institutions in Bremen.

Since 2011, jazzahead! annually offers an alternating country the opportunity to present its arts, cultural and music scene in Bremen.
Together with numerous cultural institutions in the region of Bremen a cultural festival takes place for several weeks.
With emphasis on jazz and music beyond jazz, events displaying and presenting visual arts, theatre, readings and exhibitions are also part of the festival program. Doing so,jazzahead! creates something unique.
Following this year‘s partner country France, in 2016 Switzerland will present itself at Bremen Jazzahead.
